1932 Ford Roadster- HOT ROD Magazine function vehicle, February, 1961. This roadster was had by Gene Howarth of San Diego, CA, from 1. Gene was a charter member of the Prowlers vehicle club of San Diego, started in 1947. I acquired the vehicle from his estate. It is an exceptionally well-preserved Southern California roadster. It was initially hot rodded and kept by Ed Stewart, of Dago axle popularity in the early 40s. Built to its present form in 1954, the automobile was completed by Marty Moores customized store in San Diego. With its Cadillac 331, Cad hydro transmission, Olds rearend, black nitrocellulose lacquer paint, Stewart Warner instrumentation, and Keiser upholstery and top, it emerges wonderfully in spite of being virtually untouched because 1954.
